Rawlogy Labs is for people in midlife who have limited time, limited energy, and a body that doesn’t recover like it used to. You’re juggling work, family, and trying to feel capable again—but you’re not sure how to adapt.

At some point in the last few few years, your body started changing. And you realized, things aren’t working the way they did before.

You used to crush HIIT workouts without thinking twice. Now they wreck you for three days. You keep re-injuring your back doing normal activities. You’re exhausted even when you’re sleeping enough. And every fitness expert online is telling you something different.

You’re not broken. You’re not “over the hill.” Your body just changed the rules, and nobody bothered to tell you how to play the new game.

That’s what Rawlogy Labs is for.

What I Write About

Rawlogy Labs helps people in midlife make better fitness decisions based on how their body actually works now—not how it worked at 25.

Every week, I break down the physical biology and psychology of midlife in plain language, then show you what to do about it. No 47-step optimization protocols. Just clear explanations to help you figure out what’s going on and practical next steps. Because what you need isn’t more information; you need clarity.

About Me

Hi, I’m Marek Bowers 👋

In my 40s, after dealing with chronic foot and back pain from running, I built a mobility product business focused on solving real problems for real bodies. Along the way, I realized I was interested in helping people make better fitness decisions.

I run, hike, and lift regularly, while living inside the same constraints most midlife people face: work, family, limited recovery, and bodies that don’t respond the way they used to.

What You Get

Each week, I publish two posts.

  • Tuesdays are short, free essays designed to help you stop overthinking midlife fitness and take one clear next step

  • Fridays are for paid subscribers and feature FIVE protocols I'm testing across movement, strength, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. Includes honest ratings, downloadable resources, and what to try (or skip) based on your situation.

This is not a workout plan, a challenge, or a constant stream of tactics. It’s a place to think more clearly about fitness in midlife, so the actions you take are sustainable and compound over time.

Start Here

Start with these popular posts:

Free Tuesdays: Understand WHY your body changed—the biology and psychology no one else explains simply and clearly.

Paid Fridays: Know exactly WHAT to do about it. Includes protocols I’m testing in real-time on my own 45-year-old body, with honest ratings of what’s working (and what’s not). Not generic advice, not Instagram theater, just what actually works for midlife constraints.
