About me

Hi, I'm Marek Bowers, and I've been chasing three things my entire life:

  • fitness

  • becoming a professional writer

  • helping people become stronger versions of themselves

Six years ago, chronic foot and back pain from running forced me to get creative. I developed cork massage balls that actually worked, and ended up building a business that helped thousands of people move better. But somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't just selling products - I was having conversations about transformation.

Now I'm 44, wake up at 4am to train, work as a strategic design manager at Bain & Company, and can deadlift two-times my bodyweight. I'm also stiff as a board and dealing with the reality that my body doesn't bounce back like it used to.

I'm currently pursuing a personal trainer and nutritionist certification while betting my entire business on this transformation - from selling cork balls to helping people reclaim their physical confidence at any stage of life.
