Can you talk a bit more about ground-based mobility flows? What other ones are there that work well?

A few weeks ago, I found this teacher and flow on YouTube: https://youtu.be/VDBnVkdygls. I tried it out and some of his other videos as well. I really like his approach to mobility—he meets you where you’re at. I ended up paying for their mobility program called Elements. The website UX is a little cringe but the program is excellent so far. In only 2 weeks practice, I can squat fully down with my heels on the floor. I haven’t been able to do that since I was 16! The moves I’ve practiced are bear, monkey, frogger, crab, and floating table-top which resembles walking like a cat. I struggle the most with crab! 🙅🏻‍♂️🦀
