I’m noticing more people our age are quietly switching from insane HIIT and long cement runs to strength training + low-impact cardio (rucking/walking/hiking, cycling, rowing) because it actually feels good. It's all sustainable conditioning. I predict we’ll see this become the norm because Millennials aren’t chasing punishment anymore — we’re chasing feeling capable.
I definitely feel this!! I used to do HIIT workouts like they were going out of style... now, it doesn't even sound like fun lol.
