Great article! What under desk treadmill do you use, and is it quiet? I use a standing desk, but I like the idea of the treadmill.

Thanks friend! I have a simple, flat Akluer walking pad from Amazon. It’s not whisper quiet. Sometimes people can hear the sound of the belt running when I’m in a Zoom. But if you keep the speed to 1-2 mph, and you’re not pounding on it, it’s an acceptable amount of noise.

Thanks, my friend! Happy to provide guidance on what to look for in a standing desk / setup. I really do find myself much happier during the day, and feeling energized without the slumps.
